Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Detaillr app and the detailing services booked through it. By creating an account or booking a detail you agree to them.

The service

Detaillr brings a professional detailer to your car at the address you choose, within our Charlotte, NC service area. Packages, add-ons, and prices are shown in the app before you pay. Prices depend on the vehicle size you enter; if the vehicle on site is materially different from what was booked, we may adjust the price or reschedule.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds. You pay the full amount at booking through Stripe (card or Apple Pay). Sales tax, where applicable, is included in the displayed price.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Inside 24 hours, bookings can no longer be cancelled in the app and are non-refundable, because the slot was held for you. Contact us and we will do our best to reschedule.
• If we have to cancel (weather, illness, vehicle not accessible), you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.

What we need from you

The vehicle must be reachable at the address at the booked time, with access to a parking spot where work is permitted. Please remove personal items and valuables from the interior before an interior or full detail. Let us know about gate codes or building rules in the booking notes.

Our responsibility

We take care with every vehicle. If something is damaged during a detail, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right. Our liability is limited to the cost of repairing the damage caused by our work, up to the amount you paid for the booking, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or issues disclosed before the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or our team.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
