Common questions

• Where do you work? Uptown Charlotte and the surrounding zip codes 28202–28211. Enter your address in the app to check.
• When can I book? Four appointment windows a day: 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:30 PM. The app shows what is open.
• How do I cancel? Open the booking under Orders and tap Cancel. More than 24 hours out you get a full refund; inside 24 hours, email us to reschedule.
• Where is my detailer? Once they are on the way you will get a notification and a live map in the booking.
• How do I delete my account? Account → Delete account in the app, or email us from your sign-in address. Upcoming paid bookings must be cancelled first.
